STRONG FOUNDTIONS
Your 12 week plan if you want to get stronger and improve the way you move, you may be losing weight or have recently lost weight and you want a place to start. You're also really busy with life so it needs to be something that you can make progress with and fits around you.
Develop your strength and mobility with workouts no more than 35 minutes long.
High accountability with check ins after each workout, and a weekly review.
Easy to stay motivated and consisten through your Strong Practice APP.
Body weight exercises in your home environment so you get your trainig done and dusted.
£49 - get started whenever you are ready!

121 ONLINE COACHING

£125 per month (I usually work with clients for 3 months at a time) - get started whenever you are ready!

RECOVERY MASSAGE
Change the narrative - from dieting to positive nutrition. With daily support and high accountability you'll make the progress you really want to see.
We'll adapt how you uniquely eat today, introduce a gentle calorie deficit (with real life built in) and improve your macronutrient balance to fuel your fitness goals.
